Girls Rise Up’s mission is to empower girls to achieve their full potential. Through capacity building and coaching, we help girls to become change makers, supporting them to make opportunities that create lasting change for themselves and their communities. We are building a network of confident and resilient girls and equipping them with the skills needed to take the lead.
CAPACITY BUILDING
We work with our Ambassadors to build on their existing skills and to help them develop in areas such as confidence, project planning and community action.
MAKING CONNECTIONS
We work hard to provide a space for girls to connect with each other. Our vision is to create a movement of empowered, engaged and informed girls supported by a network of strong women.
COMMUNITY ACTION
Our Powered By Girls Programme aims to raise awareness on the issues that girls in the UK face.
By raising youth voice and highlighting key issues
we strive to make the UK a better place for girls.
